Terms of Service

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes new server purchases, upgrades, renewals, promotional or discounted services, and any other services offered on our platform.

Once a service is provisioned or a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded for any reason. Customers are responsible for evaluating the service before purchasing.

Chargebacks are prohibited except in cases of verified fraud or material breach by Flamegrid. Before initiating any chargeback, Client must:

• Contact Flamegrid with a notice of the dispute and opportunity to cure within thirty (30) days;
• Participate in good faith dispute resolution; and
• For fraud claims, provide documentation supporting the allegation of unauthorized use.

Fraudulent or Bad Faith Chargebacks. Any chargeback initiated without compliance with the above, or any chargeback that Flamegrid reasonably determines was initiated in bad faith or based on false representations, will result in:

• Immediate termination of Services;
• Ban from future Services; and
• Client responsibility for all chargeback fees, administrative costs, and legal expenses incurred by Flamegrid.

Verification Process. Flamegrid may suspend Services pending resolution of any chargeback dispute and reserves the right to require additional verification of Client identity and payment methods before reinstating Services.

Service cancellations must be submitted through the "Request Cancellation" area in our client portal.

Clients may choose immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Immediate cancellations are permanent and cannot be reversed; the service will be terminated at once and all associated data permanently destroyed.

Cancellations do not result in refunds under any circumstances. Cancelling a service only stops future billing and does not credit or refund any previously paid amounts.

If an invoice remains unpaid for 2 days after the due date, your server will be suspended and the service considered expired. Suspended services may be terminated at any time. Seven days after expiry, the service will be permanently terminated and all associated data destroyed.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and promotional offers at any time. If a pricing change results in an increase to your bill, you will receive at least 7 days' notice, after which you authorize us to charge the updated price. Customers are free to cancel their service at any time if they do not wish to accept the updated pricing. Decreases are applied automatically without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in US Dollars.

You agree not to use Flamegrid's Services for any of the following activities:

• Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks
• Port scanning
• Cryptocurrency mining
• Brute forcing
• Harming individuals, companies, or other entities
• Engaging in illegal activities

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund, at Flamegrid's sole discretion.

Flamegrid guarantees a 99.90% uptime for our Services. If the uptime falls below 99.90% in any given month, compensation will be provided to affected users in the form of in-store credit.

Bandwidth is subject to fair usage. Fair usage means your bandwidth consumption should remain proportionate to your plan and should not degrade network performance for other customers. If your server is found to exceed fair usage, we may temporarily suspend or terminate your service.

We will not compensate you in any of the cases listed below:

• Maintenance: You will receive maintenance alerts via our Discord and proper webpages so you can perform the proper actions.
• Issue caused by client: We will not be responsible for issues caused by the client such as modifying files, installing unsupported software, etc.
• Acts of God: Events such as earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, attacks, wars, electrical failures, or similar events are not covered.
• Surpassing Allocated Resources: You will not be compensated if you exceed the resources that you were given with your plan.
• Free Trials/Services: Services provided for free will not be compensated.

Flamegrid shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, outage, or disconnection of services for any period of time.

Flamegrid is not responsible for any actions, content, or activity that occur within customer-operated game servers. Flamegrid's sole role is to provide server connectivity and infrastructure.

Flamegrid is not responsible for any damage, modifications, or actions taken by additional user accounts, which are added solely at the discretion and responsibility of the client.

Flamegrid is not responsible for invoice reminders or payment notifications. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure payments are kept up to date.

Flamegrid is not responsible for the public release or distribution of any mod packs, plugin packs, server configurations, or related setups. If a client publishes any setup created by Flamegrid, the client is solely responsible for obtaining permission from all applicable rights holders.

Flamegrid is not liable for any changes made outside of the original server configuration and reserves the right to refuse support for third-party software not included in the initial setup.

Flamegrid will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond Flamegrid's reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, electrical or telecommunications failures, earthquakes, storms, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts of government, terrorism, or war.

If a force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice.

All support requests must be submitted through the billing system via support tickets or through the official Flamegrid Discord server.

If Flamegrid determines that a server violates the Minecraft End User License Agreement, or is using cracked, pirated, or illegally obtained content, Flamegrid reserves the right to refuse or terminate any and all support for the affected service.

Databases are provided as a free service through the control panel. Flamegrid reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate any database at any time if deemed necessary.

Flamegrid's MySQL service is provided exclusively for server-related use and may not be used for personal projects, private websites, or any non-server-related purposes.

Flamegrid reserves the right to seek guidance from and cooperate with any appropriate authorities when an issue arises, whether due to a violation of this policy or any illegal activity requiring law enforcement involvement.

Flamegrid considers all communications between parties to be confidential. Any distribution or disclosure of such communications without prior approval may result in action taken to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By purchasing a server from Flamegrid, you authorize Flamegrid to modify your server as necessary for operation and maintenance, including changing plugins, updating server jars, and performing other related tasks.

Any verbal or written threats to compromise Flamegrid systems, infrastructure, or any equipment owned by Flamegrid or its affiliates will be treated as serious offenses and may result in investigation and potential legal action.

Upon cancellation or failure of payment, your server may be suspended. Flamegrid retains the sole right to start, stop, suspend, and modify your server at any time.
