Accessibility Statement
Flamegrid LLC · Last tested August 2026 · Last updated August 23, 2026
Introduction
Web accessibility means ensuring that people with disabilities can use the web. More than that, it means making sure everyone can perceive, understand, navigate, and interact with our services. Infrastructure should be usable by the people who run it, all of them. This page sets out what we're aiming for, where we honestly are right now, and how to get hold of us if something on our site or in our panel is getting in your way.
Our Commitment
We are working to make flamegrid.sh and the services behind it usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard alone, use magnification or high-contrast modes, or have turned motion effects off.
We treat accessibility defects the same way we treat any other defect. They get filed, prioritised, and fixed, rather than deferred to a redesign that never comes.
Standard We Target
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we adopt individual WCAG 2.2 Level AA criteria where we have implemented them.
We are not claiming certification. WCAG conformance is a moving target on a site that ships changes continuously, and automated testing only catches a fraction of the ways a page can fail. The status below is our honest read, not a compliance badge.
Where We Currently Stand
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most of the standard is met, and we know of some parts that are not yet.
Work completed across the public site includes a skip link on every page, proper landmark and heading structure, unique and descriptive names for links and buttons, visible keyboard focus indicators, text and interface contrast raised to meet the AA thresholds, support for the operating system's reduced-motion setting, no loss of content at 320 pixels wide or at 200% zoom, and accessible names and states on custom controls such as menus, dropdowns, toggles, and the FAQ.
Known Limitations
The control panel and billing portal have not yet been through the same review. They sit behind a login at panel.flamegrid.sh and payments.flamegrid.sh, and they contain the forms, tables, live console, and resource graphs that matter most to a customer actually running a server. We are actively working through them and estimate this remediation work will be completed within the next year.
If you rely on assistive technology and you are blocked from managing a service you pay for, contact us and we will complete the task with you directly while we fix the underlying problem.
We deliberately do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. Overlays do not repair the underlying markup, and we would rather spend the effort on the markup itself.
How We Test
We combine automated scanning with manual checks: keyboard-only traversal of every page, screen reader spot checks, colour contrast measurement against the actual rendered background, and layout checks at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom.
Automated tools catch roughly a third of real accessibility failures. Where the two disagree, the manual result wins.
Compatible Assistive Technologies
Our public website has been tested and verified to be usable with the following assistive technologies:
- Keyboard-only navigation
While we aim for broad compatibility, we prioritize our testing on the most common tools and configurations.
Tell Us What's Broken
If you hit a barrier anywhere in our site, panel, or billing portal, email support@flamegrid.sh or reach us through our contact form. Please tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology, browser, and operating system you were using. Any detail helps, but none of it is required. "The pricing page doesn't work with my screen reader" is a perfectly good report.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to tell you what we intend to do about the issue and roughly when.
Escalation of Unresolved Issues
If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility report, please contact us again at support@flamegrid.sh and request that the matter be escalated for review by management. We are committed to resolving all legitimate accessibility issues.
Statement Location
This accessibility statement can be found linked in the footer of every page on flamegrid.sh.
