Terms of Service

Flamegrid LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating under Filing Number 2026-001912084, hereby agrees to furnish services to the Subscriber, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.

Flamegrid, including any of its subsidiaries, is hereinafter referred to as "Flamegrid," "we," or "us." The Client is hereinafter referred to as "Customer," "Client," or "you."

The use of any services operated by Flamegrid or any of its subsidiaries constitutes acceptance and agreement to these Terms of Service.

All provisions of this contract are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Flamegrid without notice. The Client understands that change to the Terms of Service by Flamegrid shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, new server purchases, upgrades, renewals, promotional or discounted services, and any other services offered on our platform.

Once a service is provisioned or a payment is processed, it cannot be refunded for any reason. Customers are responsible for evaluating the service before purchasing.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, the associated account will be permanently banned from our platform. Any active services will be immediately terminated, and all data will be permanently destroyed. We reserve the right to report fraudulent activity to payment processors and relevant authorities.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellations

Service cancellations must be submitted through the "Request Cancellation" area in our client portal.

Clients may choose either immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the current billing period. Immediate cancellations are permanent and cannot be reversed. Upon immediate cancellation, the service will be terminated at once, and all associated data will be permanently destroyed.

Cancellations do not result in refunds under any circumstances. All payments are final, regardless of cancellation of timing or reason. Cancelling a service only stops future billing and does not credit or refund any previously paid amounts.

By submitting a cancellation request, you acknowledge and agree that access to the service and all stored data will be lost according to the selected cancellation type.

Billing

An invoice is generated on your account at 00:00 UTC on the day your server is scheduled to renew. If payment cannot be automatically collected on the due date, you will receive an email reminder.

If an invoice remains unpaid for 2 days after the due date, your server will be suspended, and the service will be considered expired. Suspended services may be terminated at any time. Additional overdue notices may be sent on day 3 and day 6 after the due date if the service has not yet been terminated.

Seven days after the service has expired, the service will be permanently terminated if it has not already been terminated, and all associated data will be permanently destroyed.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and promotional offers at any time. If a pricing or promotion change results in an increase to your bill, you will be given at least 7 days' notice. After this notice period, you authorize us to charge the updated price. If a pricing change results in a decrease, your bill will be adjusted automatically, and notice may not be provided.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in US Dollars.

Limited Liability and Exclusion

Flamegrid shall not be held liable for any disruption, delay, outage, or disconnection of services for any period of time.

Flamegrid is not responsible for any actions, content, or activity that occur within customer operated game servers. Flamegrid's sole role is to provide server connectivity and infrastructure.

Flamegrid is not responsible for any damage, modifications, or actions taken by additional user accounts. Additional user accounts are added solely at the discretion and responsibility of the client.

Flamegrid is not responsible for invoice reminders or payment notifications. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure they are receiving emails from Flamegrid and that all payments are kept up to date.

Flamegrid is not responsible for the public release or distribution of any mod packs, plugin packs, server configurations, or related setups. If a client chooses to publish or share any setup created by Flamegrid, the client is solely responsible for obtaining permission from all applicable authors and rights holders.

Flamegrid is not liable for any changes made outside of the original server configuration. Flamegrid reserves the right to refuse support for third party software, plugins, or modifications not included in the initial setup provided.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL FLAMEGRID BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST OR CORRUPTED CONTENT DATA, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OF CONTENT DATA, LOST REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF CAPITAL (IN EACH CASE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT) OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY FLAMEGRID SERVICES FURNISHED OR TO BE FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE THEREOF, EVEN IF FLAMEGRID HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. EXCEPT FOR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF FLAMEGRID'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS UNDER SECTION 14, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FLAMEGRID IN CONNECTION WITH ANY AND ALL CLAIMS HOWSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY FLAMEGRID SERVICES FURNISHED OR TO BE FURNISHED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL IN ANY EVENT BE ABSOLUTELY LIMITED TO: (i) THE AMOUNT PAID TO FLAMEGRID FOR THE FLAMEGRID SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE THE DAMAGED PARTY NOTIFIES THE OTHER PARTY IN WRITING OF THE CLAIM FOR DAMAGES; OR (ii) IF GREATER, SUCH AMOUNT AS IS THE MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH FLAMEGRID WOULD BE LIABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Force Majeure

Flamegrid will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond Flamegrid's reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes or other industrial disturbances, electrical, telecommunications, or utility failures, earthquakes, storms, or other natural events, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.

If a force majeure event occurs and continues for more than thirty (30) consecutive calendar days, either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

Support

All support requests for Flamegrid services must be submitted through the billing system via support tickets or through the official Flamegrid Discord server.

If Flamegrid determines that a server violates the Minecraft End User License Agreement, or is using cracked, pirated, or otherwise illegally obtained worlds, plugins, mods, or related content, Flamegrid reserves the right to refuse or terminate any and all support for the affected service.

MySQL Agreement

While Flamegrid offers instant database creation through the control panel, all databases are provided as a free service.

By using a database provided by Flamegrid, you acknowledge and agree that Flamegrid reserves the sole right to suspend or terminate the database at any time if deemed necessary.

Flamegrid's MySQL service is provided exclusively for server-related use. It may not be used for personal projects, private websites, or any other non-server-related purposes.

Promotions

Flamegrid cannot guarantee that all promotions and promotional codes will remain operational at all times.

Legal Contact

Flamegrid reserves the right to seek guidance from and cooperate with any appropriate authorities when an issue arises, whether due to a violation of this policy or any illegal activity requiring involvement from law enforcement agencies.

Flamegrid considers all communications between parties to be confidential. Any distribution or disclosure of such communications without prior approval may result in action being taken to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By purchasing a server from Flamegrid, you authorize Flamegrid to modify your server as necessary for operation and maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, changing plugins, updating server jars, and performing other tasks related to running a Minecraft server.

Any verbal or written threats to compromise Flamegrid systems, infrastructure, or any equipment owned by Flamegrid or its subsidiaries or affiliates will be treated as serious offenses and may result in investigation and potential legal action.

Upon cancellation or failure of payment to Flamegrid, your server may be suspended. Flamegrid retains the sole right to start, stop, suspend, and modify your server at any time.
